My commissions are flat priced, so you will not need a personalized quote. Prices will be disclosed when a commission spot is available.

Commission openings are announced first via Patreon. If they aren't claimed by patrons they'll be posted publicly to Twitter a couple weeks later. I try to accept commissions a few times a year but this is subject to change.

1.) Commissions Open: Patrons get first dibs on all commission types. If a commission opening is not claimed on Patreon it will go public via twitter a couple weeks later.

2.) Apply & Schedule: An application page will open where you'll submit your personal and character design information. Time frames will be disclosed in the application and are dependent on project and payment types.

3.) Review: Applications will be reviewed and clients selected.

4.) Acceptance: If you're accepted you'll receive an email to confirm and begin the commission process.

5.) Payment: You'll be sent an invoice via Paypal (partial payment style for payment plan). Up front full payments should be paid within 1 week. For payment plans the 20% non-refundable down payment is expected upon receiving your invoice and regular payments will begin the following month.

6.) Pay Period: Some preparations will be made before payments are finished but the majority of work and detailed discussions will be held off until the invoice is paid in full.

7.) Consultation: Once your invoice has been paid in full I'll schedule a consultation with you where we'll review and select fabrics and materials for your design.

8.) Working Phase: I will begin work on your commission as scheduled during the application phase. Once a project is started it should be completed within 1-2 months.

9.) Completion & Photoshoot: Once your commission is completed a photoshoot will be scheduled.

10.) Delivery: Your commission will be shipped via UPS for domestic orders and USPS for international orders.

I accept Paypal (USD) for up front full payments and payment plans. For payment plans a non-refundable down payment of 20% is required to secure your commission spot. Payments for payment plans are to be made once a month, on the same day, with the minimum payment being $400.00 a month. I do not accept "half now-half later" payments.
